Return & Replacement Policy
Strictly No Returns
Due to the hygiene, safety, and consumable nature of Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. We only provide replacements in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
At Amogh Enterprises, we maintain strict quality control to ensure you receive the best product. However, if an error occurs during transit or packaging, we are here to help you with a hassle-free replacement.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim a replacement, a clear and continuous Unboxing Video is mandatory. Claims made without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected. Please follow these guidelines while recording:
- The video must start showing the sealed package from all sides before opening.
- The shipping label with your tracking details must be clearly visible in the video.
- The video must be uncut and unedited from the beginning until the product is fully taken out and inspected.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, it must be clearly shown on the camera within the same continuous video.
Eligibility for Replacement
You are eligible for a free replacement only if:
- The product received is physically damaged or broken.
- The wrong product or incorrect quantity was delivered.
- The product seal is broken or tampered with at the time of delivery.
How to Claim a Replacement
If your order meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of successful delivery.
- Send your Order ID, exact issue description, and the Mandatory Unboxing Video to our support team.
- Our team will review the video within 24-48 business hours.
- Once approved, a fresh replacement will be dispatched to your original shipping address at no extra cost.
