Due to the nature of our products, we strictly do not offer returns or refunds. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. Replacements are only provided for damaged or incorrect items upon providing a valid unboxing video.
